We're Hiring: Customer Service Assistants Location: Southam (New Store - Flying Fields) Hours: 16 hours per week (permanent) Pay: £12.71 per hour Be part of something new from the very beginning We're excited to be opening a brand-new store in Southam (Flying Fields) this July - and we're looking for Customer Service Assistants to join us ahead of launch. Successful candidates will start in May/June, giving you the opportunity to complete your training and be fully prepared to help open and shape a brand-new store from day one. What you'll be doing Delivering friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service Working on tills and handling transactions accurately Keeping shelves stocked and delivering high standards in a fast-paced environment Supporting your team to create a welcoming store environment Helping customers with product knowledge and promotions to maximise sales opportunities Promoting Society membership and community initiatives Following store processes, including stock control and age-restricted sales What we're looking for A positive, flexible attitude with a strong work ethic Great communication and teamwork skills A passion for delivering excellent customer service Willingness to learn and develop in a retail environment Someone who takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile Why join us?
