Contract: Permanent, full-time Location: London (hybrid-working) Closing Date: 25 June 2025 About the role A results-driven Senior Marketing Manager that is accountable for the Music category globally, delivering the strategy and annual plans. Responsible for development of segmented messaging, positioning, marketing content and sales enablement toolkits for the products in the portfolio. You will be responsible for driving lead acquisition campaigns and support business development efforts, collaborating with colleagues in markets, and delivery for the music portfolio. You will also be responsible for all go-to-market strategy and planning for the category qualifications portfolio as well as planning, executing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects and contribute to revenue growth. You will have a strong background in B2B and B2B2C marketing and demand generation and campaign management, with an understanding of the music education market, as well as experience of working with agencies, collaborating with local teams across the world and managing budgets effectively. Create an annual marketing plan for Music products / campaigns and take overall responsibility for its implementation and execution across markets. Support the markets to drive retention and acquisition of new customers for Language subject areas, utilising a variety of appropriate media and channels as appropriate. Ensure global consistency and impact for Music by overseeing the coordination of all marketing campaigns across the globe, ensuring market requirements are met and toolkits and sales enablement delivered in time to ensure local implementation and amplification. Define and align on key marketing objectives and KPI’s to understand market growth, and measuring impact from awareness through to conversion. Work with all marketing disciplines and channel owners to devise fully integrated marketing campaigns, user journeys (online and off-line) and channel requirements to meet market requirements.
