Your Role as an SEMH Teaching Assistant
* Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
* Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
* Support pupils in managing behaviour and emotional regulation
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
* Encourage engagement, confidence, and positive learning experiences
* Contribute to behaviour strategies and individual support plans
