PE Global is currently recruiting for a Project Manager - Regulatory Compliance for a leading client in Travel & Hospitality industry, based in London.
The role offers flexibility with on site, hybrid or remote working.
This is an initial 10 months contract position.
Pay rate is £26.44ph - £36.65ph PAYE or £35.13ph - £48.69ph Umbrella depending on experience.
Duties of the role/Responsibilities
* Project Management responsibilities and support to role of Director of Regulatory Compliance.
* Tracking and implementation of the EU Short Term Rental requirements (host registration and data reporting) across the EU member states, working with cross functional stakeholders on the requirements as they come on line, and the roll out of our compliance solution.
* Support for the compliance requirements of the Digital Services Act, the Online Safety Act and other EU/UK wide platform requirements - this includes working with legal, engineering and product. Assisting in reporting and risk assessment obligations.
* Assisting in the preparation for and running of the bi-weekly regulatory compliance forum involving leadership and cross functional stakeholders, including managing the compliance roadmaps and decision registers.
* Monitoring the regional compliance asks, the solutions and their implementation.
Education/Experience
* College degree or equivalent work experience
* 5+years of experience with Project Management and compliance, regulatory.
* Preferred experience with platforms, must have experience in compliance projects.
* Experience in compliance projects, that must have supported large cross functional compliance projects in either a trading or financial services platform
* Software: knowledge in Excel
