Role overview:
Your purpose will be to engage with members to ensure they receive a world-class member experience on every visit to JD Gyms. This includes upholding high standards of cleanliness, interacting with members on the gym floor, leading gym inductions, and teaching engaging group exercise classes.
Responsibilities:
* Place member experience at the core of your activities by engaging with members on the gym floor consistently.
* Conduct welcoming and engaging tours for prospective members, aligning with JD Gyms brand standards.
* Lead engaging group exercise classes.
* Provide informative and engaging member inductions.
* Assist prospective members with joining JD Gyms as needed.
* Perform club standards checks, ensuring accurate record keeping in accordance with JD Gyms procedures.
* Offer ad hoc support to members as observed or required.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness as specified by the Gym Management and Operations team.
* Uphold excellent brand standards, ensuring the club is safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor service delivery through performance metrics and member feedback.
* Operate safely and legally at all times while working for JD Gyms.
* Consider energy conservation, environmental issues, and waste management in your work.
* Analyze and present key data to support new ideas, initiatives, or developments.
