What you’ll be doing
* Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available if that’s your thing)
* Planning engaging lessons that build confidence, not fear, around maths
* Using a range of strategies to support different learning needs
* Marking and assessing in line with school policies, no unnecessary faff
* Working closely with the Maths department to share ideas and resources
* Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents

What we’re looking for
* UK QTS (or equivalent)
* Experience teaching Maths at secondary level
* Strong classroom presence and clear communication
* A calm, consistent approach to behaviour
* Someone who enjoys helping students grow in confidence, not just grades
ECTs are very welcome, mentoring and support are in place.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
