An exciting opportunity has become available for a Hire Desk Controller to join our team in Leyland. This is a key operational role within the depot, acting as the central point of contact for customers and coordinating the full hire process from enquiry through to delivery and collection. Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues is essential in this role. You will work closely with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled efficiently, equipment availability is maximised and service levels remain high at all times. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position that would suit someone highly organised, adaptable and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders.
