About The Role
We seek a part-time research technician funded by the British Heart Foundation to support studies on a novel regulator of vascular function linked to hypertension. The project involves working with mutant strains, genotyping, and investigating vascular integrity and function based on prior data indicating vascular abnormalities in POU4F2/Brn-3b KO mice.
About You
Applicants should have a BSc in biomedical science, physiology, biochemistry, or an equivalent qualification, with experience in laboratory techniques such as solution preparation, pipetting, tissue culture, and PCR. The ability to organize work efficiently, communicate effectively, and collaborate well within a team is essential.
