Overview
We are looking to recruit evening Care Professionals working 4pm - 9pm in the PL8, PL9, PL21 and TQ10 areas. Driving licence essential due to the nature of the role.

Responsibilities
* Companionship and wellbeing support
* Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework
* Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments
* Help with washing, dressing or bathing

Qualifications
Previous experience desirable but not essential.
Due to the remote location of many of our clients a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
