The BIM Coordinator plays a crucial role in implementing and managing digital construction processes within architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) projects. Their responsibilities span Project Coordination, technology, collaboration, data management, and ensuring that BIM standards and workflows are followed throughout a project’s lifecycle.
The role holder will support bid teams with responding to BIM related questions in PQQs and ITT submissions along with supporting career development, coaching and mentoring employees. The BIM Coordinator is required to monitor the uptake of BIM across all tenders to fulfil assurance procedures relating to early assessment of design team capability and internal resource considerations.

Key Responsibilities include:
General R&R
* Deliver exceptional BIM/Information Management service to facilitate the delivery of the project.
* Review information quality and quality assurance procedures and make appropriate adjustments were deemed necessary.
* Contribute to technical project documentation deliverables, taking responsibility of accuracy and flow of content.
* Create and follow workflows and Monitor/Control Progress.
* Identify coordination problems with the model and communicate clearly with the engineering team.
* Evaluate the requirement for resources, to plan and manage work on projects to programmes.
* Liaise effectively with external design team members when required.
* Assess capability and training needs and proactively implement training and support when required.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
* Right to work in the UK
* 3 years experience in a similar role.
* Experience using AutoCAD and Revit software, with strong BIM management experience
* Extensive Construction knowledge.
* Leadership and management experience.
* Ability to delegate, oversee and manage the work of others.
* Advanced problem-solving capabilities.
* Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
* Proficient with MS Office, in particular Excel.
* Numerical skills and proficient in the use of software to manage information during the project.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
* Degree in related area.
* Knowledge of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
