Our beautiful independent SEN school is looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team. We provide high-quality education across mainstream settings for primary and secondary ages, creating an inclusive environment where every pupil can thrive.
This opportunity is set in Quidenham, so a full and valid driving licence is a non-negotiable factor!
What You’ll Do:
Support pupils with a range of additional needs in the classroom and across the school.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning and care programmes.
Encourage independence, positive behaviour, and social development.
Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all students.
What We’re Looking For:
Full driving licence – essential due to our rural location.
Child Only Enhanced DBS on the update service – this will fast-track your application.
Experience in SEN or supporting children with additional needs is highly desirable.
Patience, empathy, and a flexible, team-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
