You will be expected to assist in thesmooth running of the lunchtime service and maintain hygienicconditions in the kitchen and undertake associated kitchen dutiese.g.
* Washing up
* Setting up and clearing away equipmentand tables
* Cleaning of kitchen, its surrounds andequipment.
* You will be assisting in the preparationof high quality and varied meals for young people.
You will work as part of a team and be ableto work in accordance with agreed schedules, comply with Food andHealth and Safety Regulations and work to a high standard.
There are no formal qualifications requiredfor this post, however you will be required to undertake trainingof basic food hygiene and attend training courses relevant tothis post.
