About Our Client

With a great reputation in the market and strong relationships with local councils and major energy companies to deliver funded renewable energy solutions.We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Head of Sales to spearhead sales efforts and expand their footprint in the sustainable energy market. This role demands a leader with a passion for green energy, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to lead a dynamic sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Job Description

3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
4. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Stockton on Tees area and beyond.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
7. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
8. Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
10. Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients.

12. Grow and lead the sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals.
13. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sustainable energy sector.
14. Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
15. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance and operations to ensure alignment on customer needs and market trends.
16. Monitor sales performance metrics, forecast sales, and report to senior leadership.
17. Stay informed of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the energy eco-market.
18. Champion a customer-centric sales culture that emphasises sustainability and value delivery.
