Our client is looking to add a hands-on Production Operative to their team to support increasing demand and help deliver consistently high-quality output Redditch | Full-time | 40 hours per week | Temp to Perm | £12.50-£13.50 per hour This is a temp to perm role, a permanent opportunity is there for the right person. The role You’ll be working in a busy production environment, operating machinery and supporting the full manufacturing process—keeping quality high, output on target, and standards tight. Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00 Breaks: Two 30-minute unpaid breaks per day Location: Redditch Why would I be interested?
