Are you an experienced agency recruiter with proven B2B sales success and a background in social care recruitment?
This is a rare opportunity to launch and own a social care recruitment desk within a respected, family-run agency that’s been thriving for 30+ years in commercial and IT recruitment.
We are expanding into the social care market for the first time and are looking for a consultant who can hit the ground running, bringing their agency expertise, client development skills, and evidence of commission/billings.
This is not a resourcer or in-house role — we want a consultant who can win clients, grow accounts, and prove they’ve billed successfully in the care sector.
Tasks
What you will be doing
* Building and running a 360 social care desk from day one
* Generating B2B new business across care homes, residential services and supported living providers
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, compliance, client delivery
* Ensuring all compliance (DBS, RTW, referencing, safeguarding) is met
* Growing into a leadership role as the division expands
Requirements
What we are looking for
* Minimum 2 years in an agency recruitment role (social care sector strongly preferred). Please only apply if you have agency experience.
* Proven B2B new business experience – able to demonstrate account wins and client growth
* Evidence of billing success – please include details of your personal commission/billings
* Strong knowledge of social care compliance (DBS, RTW, referencing, safeguarding)
* Proactive, entrepreneurial and ambitious – comfortable working with autonomy and accountability
