* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across core subjects (Maths, English, Science) tailored to students with SEN needs
* Support pupils with EHCPs and SEMH needs in a nurturing, structured environment
* Work collaboratively with support staff, families, and external agencies
* Contribute to the development of individual education plans and behaviour support strategies
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth
Requirements
Essential:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
* Minimum Grade 4/C in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs
Desirable
* Degree in a relevant subject area
* SENCO Advanced Certificate or equivalent
* Completion of Patoss AAA course (or willingness to undertake)
* Experience in an alternative provision or PRU setting
