Clinical Selection is partnering with an established medical device organisation specialising in ophthalmic surgery solutions. We are currently recruiting for a Hospital Business Manager to take ownership of a key territory across the North West.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to build strong clinical relationships, increase market share, and support the delivery of patient-focused technology into NHS and private healthcare settings.
The Role
As Hospital Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales performance across a specialist surgical portfolio. You will work closely with surgeons, theatre teams, and procurement stakeholders to provide consultative, value-based solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Achieving regional sales targets, revenue goals and margin objectives
2. Developing and executing a territory business plan
3. Presenting clinically supported product information to key hospital stakeholders
