Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a strong ability to engage with businesses and build relationships over the phone.
The role carries a competitive basic salary plus an uncapped commission scheme which is paid monthly in arrears.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
* Utilise CRM software, to manage leads and track interactions.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism while communicating with potential customers.
* Identify customer needs and tailor conversations to address those needs effectively.
* Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales process.
* Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help improve strategies.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
* A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
