Aspire People are working closely with a specialist SEND school in Northamptonshire, supporting their search for dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants. The school supports pupils with a range of needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs : so patience, resilience, and a proactive approach are key.
The role:
Youll be supporting pupils either 1:1 or in small groups, helping them engage with learning, develop independence, and feel safe and supported in the classroom. This is a hands:on role where no two days are the same : ideal for someone who enjoys being active, involved, and making an impact.

Strong communication and relationship:building skills
Experience with autism or additional needs (desirable, not essential)
