They are looking for a technically astute Valuation Surveyor and Registered Valuer to join their Survey and Professional Services team. This isn't just about ticking boxes; it’s about delivering high-quality, defensible work for a mix of blue-chip UK lenders and private clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be managing a diverse and interesting workload across your region, stepping into people’s homes and properties to provide expert advice. Your week will typically involve:

Conducting Lender Valuations for major UK panels.

Undertaking Red Book Valuations for probate, taxation, and matrimonial purposes.
*
Delivering Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys (Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys) for private clients.
*
Preparing accurate, robust, and compliant reports within agreed SLAs.
*
Building trusted relationships with lenders and private clients through clear communication and sound judgement.
Who I’m Looking For
This role is perfect for a Surveyor who takes pride in their technical ability. You will thrive here if you:

Are a RICS Registered Valuer (essential).

Have strong experience in residential valuation for UK banks and building societies.

Possess solid knowledge of building pathology and RICS Red Book requirements.
