A successful Mortgage Brokerage based in Haywards Heath has an exciting new opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator. The role is based in a friendly office environment in Haywards Heath. We are looking for an administrator to work alongside our experienced Mortgage Brokers with on the job training available. The candidate should have Mortgage administration experience or be used to working in a busy office environment.
Job Description
* To efficiently and professionally deal with telephone, email and or post enquiries and manage these accordingly.
* You will provide full sales and administration support duties including carrying out financial research, preparing client reports of recommendations as directed by the firm principal.
* You will need to demonstrate initiative, a flexible approach and take responsibility for your own actions, deadlines and targets.
* Applicants must be well organised, able to show initiative and resourcefulness and be a flexible team player with an ability to work under pressure both in a team and independently.
* Attention to detail whilst managing a busy workload is essential.
