This role offers the opportunity to handle a varied caseload of contested wills, inheritance claims and estate administration disputes in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will work closely with experienced colleagues across multiple office locations and be encouraged to contribute to the firm's business development efforts. This Contentious Probate Solicitor role will involve handling a caseload of contentious probate and general civil litigation matters which will involve drafting legal documents, witness statements and court pleadings and supporting Senior Solicitors in case strategy and negotiations. Our client is seeking a Solicitor with at least one year PQE in contentious probate or demonstrable interest in the field. It is important you have the ability to manage your own caseload with supervision.
