About the Role:This rewarding role involves working closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them to access learning and thrive in a nurturing environment. You'll work alongside class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions and provide one-to-one or small group support. Who We're Looking For:The ideal candidate will: Have experience working with primary-aged children for at least 20 days in the last two years. Have experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or other learning needs. Be empathetic, adaptable, and confident in managing a range of needs. Be able to build trusting relationships and promote independence. Have good knowledge of the English National Curriculum. Work collaboratively with staff and families to ensure consistent support.
