PrepWorld is looking for aProductionTeam Leaderon Wednesday to Saturday Day shift, who will have daily responsibility for the first line management for part of the Production Team, in a busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory
Main Duties:
* Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided)
* Management of labour costs for your team
* Management of waste levels for your team
* Ensure products meet customer specifications

* Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment
* Reliable and flexible, with a pro‑active approach to problem solving
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Basic English & numeracy skills

Days and Hours of work: Wednesday - Saturday,05:30 - 17:30 (Days)
Pay: Starting at £12.81per hour(level 1), climbing through to £13.13(level 2), and then £15.53(level 3) after full training and development
