Overview
Our Guest Services Department have an exciting opportunity for a new Officer to join their team.
The Guest Services Officer will be responsible and accountable for providing excellent customer care and service to our guests, ensuring they have memorable holidays, returning to Bluestone time and time again.
The candidate will need customer service experience and good skills in Office 365. The Officer will be understanding of human nature, be confident and professional in dealing with people.
Responsibilities
* The role is very flexible, involving working in different outlets and performing different tasks.
* This could range from warmly greeting customers to selling activities/entertainment vacancies or making restaurant bookings to dealing with and resolving any questions, concerns, or requests.
* This is a 22.5 hour per week permanent contract.
* The hours vary and will include weekend and evening work.
* Candidates must also have their own reliable transport.
