Client Intake Analyst
Our client, a leading global law firm with a dynamic and growing presence in Birmingham, is seeking to hire an experienced Client Intake Analyst to support the Legal Counsel of the firm.
* Birmingham City Centre location
* Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
This position will report into the Client Intake Manager / Lawyer and will be involved with all legal matters relating to conflicts, ethics, engagement terms, business intake, compliance with law and legal requirements in all jurisdictions, general firm policies, and reviewing / drafting of client engagement terms and related documents.
Client Intake Analyst Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the firm’s General Counsel, Legal Ethics Committee, firm Attorneys, and other levels of firm administration, as well as members of the Conflicts and Compliance department.
* Responsible for reviewing client engagement terms and other documents/contracts as assigned, to facilitate approval from firm management, including the firm's General Counsel and Legal Ethics Committee.
* Assist the manager and supervisor in serving as a key point of contact for client engagement terms and questions for attorneys, assistants, and other business services departments.
* Assist managers and conflicts analysts in identifying, resolving, and clearing conflicts of interest issues related to client engagement terms.
Client Intake Analyst Skills & Requirements:
* Minimum 18 months of CDD / intake / compliance experience within a law firm.
* Proven experience in reviewing contracts.
* Experience with 3E and Intapp systems would be advantageous.
