At Diaverum, we're excited to offer an incredible opportunity for nurses (whether you're experienced or in training) to join our newly acquired clinic. As a renal nurse, you'll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
NMC Registered General Nurse.
Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
What We Offer:
Full-time position (37.5 hours per week), with paid breaks.
Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
Starting Salary of up to £33,719, based on dialysis experience.
Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours
35 Days Holiday (inclusive of 8 days bank holiday) increasing with service.

Please note that clinical experience in a renal setting is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.

Plus, we value your downtime – our clinic does not operate on Sundays.
