Team Manager - Targeted Youth Support Service | 8261 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £48,610 to £52,594 per annum | Grade L | Norwich
Are you a creative leader with a passion for working with adolescents?
We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our Targeted Youth Support Service in the North Norfolk, East Norfolk and Broadland district areas.
Our dedicated teams of Youth Workers provide intensive support to children at risk of suffering extrafamilial harm including exploitation and serious youth violence.
The teams use relationship-based practice and youth work methodology to provide a range of interventions to reduce risk and help our children to flourish.
Targeted Youth Support teams work closely with our multidisciplinary, family help, in care and youth justice services to contribute to holistic plans for children.
To be successful, you will have significant experience of managing and delivering services for adolescents, and hold a professional qualification in either youth work, social work or youth justice.
You will have an excellent understanding of contextual safeguarding, informal education and be able to support creative intervention using youth work methodology.
