Contract Maintenance Manager
My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance contract manager based in Liverpool. You will need a technical background as well as a proven track record as a manager.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
You will be managing x2 sites one in Liverpool and one in Chiswick London. The main site in Liverpool has 1 supervisor and 3 engineers. Chiswick has a supervisor and 2 engineers, You will also be looking after admin as well as sub contractors, compliance. P&L (some not all), working with the client, overseeing any projects, reporting to client and senior managers, as well other duties.
Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday.
Salary is up to 55K with 5K car allowance as well as company benefits.
