About the Role
As a Regional Estates Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our academies provide safe, compliant and inspiring environments for learning. Operating within our in‑sourced model of estates management, you will oversee all aspects of estates operations using internal site teams and local contractors to deliver exceptional quality and best value.
You will guide, support and manage school‑based site teams, ensuring buildings are well‑maintained, efficient and aligned to the Trust’s high standards, supporting our school Principals with operational estates decisions and contributing to capital project delivery
This is a hands‑on, mobile role requiring travel across a growing regional hub currently formed of 5 schools located in North Staffordshire and Nottinghamshire.
About You
You will be an experienced estates or facilities management professional with a strong background in building maintenance, FM operations and contractor management, ideally gained in a large or multi-site environment. You will hold a relevant qualification or have a depth of experience that reflects operating in demanding, multi-site or high-risk estates settings.
A strong working knowledge of asset management, CDM regulations, health and safety legislation and FM contract management is essential. You will be confident using property management systems, able to analyse estates data and capable of training others to make effective use of digital tools.
As a leader, you will bring credibility, clarity and confidence, supporting and motivating site teams across multiple academies. You will be organised, solution‑focused and committed to delivering high standards of service. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a mission‑driven Trust, supporting high‑quality learning environments that help every learner become more capable, more competent and more confident.
