Dudley Council is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Early Help Enablers to support the implementation of our Early Help strategy across partner agencies. This pivotal role will be based within Dudley Family Hubs and will work closely with local services, schools, health providers, and voluntary sector organisations to embed Early Help principles, strengthen multi-agency working, and ensure timely, effective support for families. Key Responsibilities Champion the Early Help strategy across Dudley, promoting a shared understanding and commitment among partner agencies. Provide guidance, training, and support to professionals to identify needs early and respond appropriately. Facilitate multi-agency collaboration and information sharing to improve outcomes for children and families. Monitor and evaluate the impact of Early Help interventions, contributing to continuous improvement. Act as a key link between strategic priorities and frontline delivery, ensuring alignment and consistency. What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of Early Help principles and safeguarding Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence and support change across diverse organisations. Commitment to improving outcomes for children, young people, and families.
