We're looking for a driven, sharp-minded Customer Service Specialist to join our growing Sea Freight Imports team in Rochester.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing ocean import shipments from start to finishkeeping everything running smoothly and on time.
Acting as the main point of contact for your customersbuilding relationships and delivering proactive, top-tier service.
Coordinating with overseas offices and partners to keep supply chains moving efficiently.
Keeping clients informed with clear, accurate updates and making sure online tracking is accurate.
Handling documentation with precision and accuracy.
Supporting your teammates and stepping up when needed.
What Were Looking For
3+ years experience in sea freight import operations (FCL or LCL).
Confident communicatorclear, friendly, and professional, whether its by phone or email.
Proactive mindsetyou see what needs doing and you go for it.
A customer-first attitudeyou genuinely care about helping people.
Commercially awareyou understand the bigger business picture.
