Retail Assistant – Luton Airport
Newstaff Employment is hiring Retail Assistants at Luton Airport to join a busy and customer-focused retail team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, support daily store operations, and help create a positive shopping experience for airport travellers. Salary: £12.71 per hour plus accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: Flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
1. Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Operate tills and process transactions accurately
3. Replenish stock and keep shelves well organised
4. Provide product information and assist customers with enquiries
5. Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
6. Ensure the retail area remains clean, tidy, and presentable
7. Follow all health and safety procedures
8. Support the team in achieving sales and service targets
Essential Skills & Experience
9. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
12. Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns
13. Professional appearance and positive attitude
