With full training and ongoing support, you will have everything you need to thrive and make a real difference. You will offer practical support and warm companionship to older adults who wish to remain independent at home. Shift Patterns We aim to be as flexible as possible whilst being client led. Our shifts start at 7am and the last visit will be 10pm. You will be required to work every other weekend to offer your clients continuity of care. Full-time and part-time hours available. Whether you prefer early starts or quieter evening work, theres a pattern that can fit your lifestyle. What Youll Do Your visits will never be rushed. Youll have the time to deliver care properly and build genuine, meaningful connections. You will: Provide personal care with dignity and warmth Offer companionship and emotional support Help with meal preparation and light household tasks Accompany clients to appointments, shops, or social activities Create a safe, reassuring, and positive home environment Every visit is an opportunity to brighten someones day.
