An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Commercial Contracts (in-house legal) team for an additional Commercial Contracts Assistant, based at Head Office in Barnsley (hybrid option to work from home at line manager's discretion). Working hours will be Monday to Friday on a 37.5-hour contract.
Commercial Contracts Assistant – Responsibilities
- Completing full contract reviews to propose and negotiate amendments.
- Identifying commercial risk and adhering to authorisation/escalation protocol.
- Hosting, attending and supporting customer-facing and internal meetings.
- Reviewing and signing customer meeting minutes.
- Liaising and working closely with internal departments (such as sales and finance).
