This is not your average EA job. This is your opportunity to work directly with Peter Jones CBE — Dragon, entrepreneur, philanthropist and investor — supporting him across his vast portfolio of companies, media appearances and public profile in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

This role is based in our Marlow, UK office with regular travel to London and occasionally overseas.
Core Executive Assistant Responsibilities
* Complex diary and calendar management across business and personal commitments
* Gatekeeping and prioritisation of meeting and communication requests
* Inbox management and drafting correspondence on Peter’s behalf
* Preparation of agendas, briefing notes and meeting summaries
* Handling confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
* Acting as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Time optimisation, forward planning and proactive diary management
* Tracking actions and ensuring timely follow-up
Business & Portfolio Support
* Liaising with CEOs and senior leadership teams across Peter’s portfolio
* Coordinating cross-company meetings and communications
* Tracking key actions and deliverables
* Providing board and governance support
* Managing confidential documentation
* Supporting investment-related activity as required
* Help and support across Peter’s Charitable Foundation providing young people with the chance of a brighter future
Travel & Logistics
* Coordinating UK & international travel
* Arranging flights, accommodation and ground transport
* Travelling with Peter on occasions in support, particularly when he is attending international conferences and/or has speaking engagements
Media, PR & Public Profile
* Liaising with PR and media teams
* Managing interview requests and media scheduling
* Preparing media and appearance briefing packs
* Coordinating speaking engagements
Social Media & Digital Presence
* Supporting and helping manage Peter’s social media presence across all platforms
* Developing and executing personalized content strategies aligned to Peter’s goals
* Helping to produce high quality, original multi‑media content
* Planning and maintaining content calendars
* Monitoring engagement, comments and messages
* Coordinating with agencies and collaborators
* Tracking performance and preparing simple reports
Event & Speaking Support
* Managing invitations and RSVPs
* Coordinating event logistics
* Providing pre‑ and post‑event support
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
* Managing VIP and key relationships
* Maintaining contact databases
* Drafting thank‑you notes and follow‑up correspondence
* Representing Peter professionally at all times
Strategic & Proactive Support
* Anticipating needs before they arise
* Improving systems and processes
* Handling sensitive situations calmly and professionally
* Protecting Peter’s time, energy and reputation
Other
* Light project management
* Research support
* Charitable or foundation support
* Involvement in special projects
QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a senior Executive Assistant supporting founders, CEOs or high‑profile individuals
* Confidence managing social media for an executive, brand or public figure
* Exceptionally organised, calm under pressure and instinctively discreet
* A natural communicator with strong judgement and a proactive mindset
* Comfortable with flexibility, occasional evenings/weekends and travel
* Technically capable with Microsoft Office suite of applications
