Join Our Team as a Support Worker
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £12.82 per hour (£25,000 per annum) plus benefits.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts vary between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis).
Contract: Full-time, permanent.
Driving Requirement: A valid full UK manual driving license is desirable but not essential for this role.
Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any skilled worker visas.

What the role is all about
You’ll be the linchpin of a warm, welcoming home, providing hands-on support to people with:
* Autism
* Learning disabilities
* Physical conditions
* Behaviours that challenge
* Visual impairments
You’ll work alongside a supportive team, receive full training, and have ample opportunity to grow into the role.

What you will be doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life, guiding and empowering them to achieve their fullest potential. You’ll be with them to offer support and encouragement as they navigate challenges and celebrate successes.
* Daily Care & Support: Helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.
* Building Relationships: Getting to know the people you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live life on their own terms.
* Empowering Independence: Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
* Social Engagement: Supporting activities like holidays, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone can enjoy what they love doing.
* Respect & Dignity: Ensuring individuals and their families are treated with respect, dignity, and equality.
