This is a senior, enterprise-level role focused on commercial leadership, governance, and procurement strategy—not a hands‑on technical or delivery‑focused position.

* Alternative: Manchester (with regular travel to Leeds)
The Role
You’ll provide strategic commercial leadership across a large‑scale programme, helping shape delivery models while ensuring strong governance, procurement alignment, and stakeholder engagement across a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead commercial strategy at programme level
* Shape and assess delivery models
* Influence and engage senior stakeholders (Director to operational level)
* Ensure governance, assurance, and compliance
* Oversee end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle
* Drive alignment across cross‑functional teams
* Hands‑on experience with HMT Green Book business cases
* Exposure to Public Accounts (PA) 2023
* Experience within large, complex public sector programmes
* Strong background in procurement & commercial lifecycle management
* Experience operating in high‑assurance/governance environments
* Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
* Experience with CCS frameworks
* Familiarity with Atamis
