Job Title: First Aid Trainer
Location: Newbury, Berkshire (within 50-mile radius)
Salary: £25,029 - £26,997 per annum (qualification dependant)
Hours: 35 per week excluding travel (Mon-Sat, 9-5, occasional evenings)
Contract: Permanent
Driving: Full UK driving licence and vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct first aid and specialist courses, equipping participants with vital skills.
2. Teach appropriate responses in various emergency situations, such as unresponsiveness or burns.
3. Support learners in building confidence to act in emergencies.
4. Travel to training venues across Berkshire and surrounding areas.
Candidate Profile
1. Excellent communicator with a confident and engaging personality.
2. Strong active listening, problem-solving, and feedback skills.
3. Training or teaching qualification, or willingness to obtain one.
4. Ability to work independently and travel using your own vehicle (travel time compensated).
5. Experience in delivering diverse training courses to mixed ability groups.
