What You’ll Be Doing
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee service during your shift. You will allocate daily duties to the team, keeping the department motivated, while supporting the drive and improvement of products, service, and standards. Leading by example, you will deliver friendly, professional, and memorable service to all guests.
You will inspire the team with clarity and confidence, ensure the department is prepared and organized, and assist the Food & Beverage/Restaurant Manager with staff training and development.
What You’ll Need
The successful candidate will be professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering 5-star experiences. You should be attentive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in building relationships with guests and team members. A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a drive to enhance service quality are essential. Previous hospitality experience, especially in a fast-paced restaurant environment, is preferred.
