Block Manager – Norwich – £40k Norwich Block Management £40k One Property Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Block Manager for an area leading property management company to join their dedicated Block Management team. With around 120 leasehold blocks across East Anglia, this is a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio alongside a high-performing team. As a Block Manager, you’ll take responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential units, being the primary point of contact for clients, and ensuring the smooth operation and management of all aspects of the buildings under your care. This role offers you the opportunity to oversee the day-to-day management while fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and residents. The Role Will Include Managing a portfolio of residential blocks/units across Norfolk and Suffolk Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any issues identified Interpreting leases and proactively resolving potential issues Ensuring properties are compliant with all relevant legislation and standards Overseeing service charge budgets Managing contractor relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery Attending AGMs, directors’ meetings, and other client-focused events Maintaining accurate property data and ensuring thorough reporting Salary/benefits £40,000 salary Flexible hybrid working 8-5 Monday to Friday, flexible hours Free on-site parking TPI Sponsorship Clear scope for career progression Criteria Needed To Be Invited For An Interview Minimum 1 year of experience as a Block/Property Manager Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage your own portfolio and work independently Full UK driver’s license How To Apply If this position is of interest, please get in touch with Luke Bates at luke@onepropertyrecruitment.co.uk.
