Offer description

Role and Responsibilities:

* Prepare, format and proofread correspondence and legal documents and keep accurate and up to date records on the firm’s case management system.
* Answer and make phone calls and manage email communications.
* Schedule appointments and manage diaries.
* Assist with billing, time recording, and other administrative tasks.
* Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures.


Person requirements:

* One year’s previous experience as a legal secretary essential.
* Private client and/or conveyancing experience preferred but not essential.
* Digital dictation and audio typing experience essential.
* Excellent typing and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Professional verbal and written communication skills providing a customer focused, quality service at all times.
* An organised and methodical approach to working with excellent attention to detail.
* A polite, cheerful attitude, particularly when meeting clients and visitors.

Duration: Permanent

Salary: To be agreed depending on experience

Working hours:Full time or part time hours available
