The Role: Our property litigation team team are a small and friendly team based in our Colchester office. The team advises on:
* Commercial and Residential Property Landlord and tenant matters
* Boundary disputes
* Possession claims
* Less typical land registry applications
* Restrictive covenant disputes
* Enfranchisement matters: lease extensions, right to manage and collective enfranchisement
* Adverse Possession Claims
* TOLATA Claims
* Easements, rights to light and prescriptive rights
* Service charge disputes and consultation requirements
* First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and County Court proceedings
The Candidate:
* At least 2+ years PQE with expertise in Property Litigation
* A genuine passion for this area of law
* Experience of some if not all of the areas of work the team advises on
* Strong client handling skills
* A commitment to providing excellent service
* Commercial awareness
* Pragmatic and proactive approach
The Hours: Office hours are 9:00 to 17:00 (37.5 hour working week), Monday to Friday, with flexible working options available to work from 8:00 to 16:00, 9:00 to 17:00, or 10:00 to 18:00.
