One of London’s longest‑standing community‑led housing co‑ops is looking for a Office Administrator to support the smooth running of the office across customer support, some accounts and back office duties. THE ROLE
* Provide frontline office support: phones, email, visitors, post, filing, and data.
* Process daily accounts tasks, update accounts, and support reconciliations with accuracy.
* Handle income including rent payments and statements.
* Process supplier invoices, match works orders, reconcile statements, and maintain payment records.
* Maintain Member and property records on Arthur; manage keys, appointments, and inductions.
* Coordinate governance meetings, agendas, papers, and hybrid setups for Committees and the AGM.

THE PROFILE
* Experience in finance administration (essential).
* Experience in Property, Real Estate or Housing (essential)
* Excellent organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Confident with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems (Arthur/Xero experience ideal).
* Calm, friendly, professional under pressure.
* Values‑driven and able to handle information with discretion and integrity.
