The Role As Project Administrator, you will provide vital support to the project team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all day-to-day administration. You’ll be at the heart of the operation, working closely with managers, engineers, and site staff to keep everything on track. Key responsibilities include: - Handling project documentation, reports, and correspondence - Managing databases, filing systems, and records - Supporting meetings – preparing agendas, minutes, and action tracking - Coordinating communications between office and site teams - Assisting with procurement, compliance, and H&S documentation - General administrative support to ensure the project runs efficiently About You We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-focused administrator who thrives in a busy project environment.
