You'll support the build and maintenance of test setups for 3GPP 5G NR FWA products, troubleshoot issues, and help drive improvements in lab efficiency and testing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain test systems and lab environments
* Troubleshoot setup issues and equipment faults
* Perform equipment calibration and ensure lab safety compliance
* Automate testing with Python/Shell scripting
* Support test strategy development and continuous improvement
Requirements:
* Experience with wireless/wired test systems
* Practical skills in lab setups, soldering, wiring, and Ethernet networking
* Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
* Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (Python, Shell)
