Job Bridge Global is seeking a Procurement Manager with expertise in EPC Contracts to oversee procurement activities for our clients projects in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction procurement and be comfortable negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. You will play a critical role in ensuring that materials and services are procured efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement procurement strategies for EPC contracts in alignment with project goals and objectives.
* Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
* Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring they meet company standards and project requirements.
* Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure the best value for the company.
* Consult with project managers and engineers to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and specifications.
* Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Prepare and present procurement reports and budgets to senior management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiencies.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends, changes in the industry, and advancements in procurement technologies.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of EPC contracts and procurement processes.
* Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
* Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management (preferred).
