Your Role
As a Rebuild Repair Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet Finning standards and customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting detailed inspections of machinery to assess repair needs
* Performing standard diagnostic tests for accurate cost evaluations
* Creating comprehensive lists of parts and materials for machine preparation
* Executing overhaul, repair, or refurbishment work according to agreed plans
* Testing completed machines to ensure optimal performance
What We’re Looking For
We seek a motivated individual with:
* Experience: A background in plant machinery or similar industries (HGV/agriculture) with at least 5 years in a quality service environment
* Skills: Strong electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
* Knowledge: Familiarity with service manuals and computerized Service Information Systems (SIS)
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude
