Now, we’re looking for a Growth Hacker who’s ready to turn that mission into a movement — driving massive adoption, experimenting with channels, and positioning our product as the go-to platform for operators worldwide.

What You’ll Do
* Lead Generation & Campaigns
* Build, segment, and activate targeted lead lists.
* Run high-converting outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels.
* Funnels & Landing Pages
* Design and test data-driven funnels and landing pages.
* Experiment with messaging, CTAs, and user flows to optimize conversion.
* Acquisition Growth
* Scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
* Grow community visibility and thought leadership on LinkedIn and STR communities.
* Experiment with SEO, webinars, and content-led acquisition.
* Conversion & Onboarding
* Optimize demo, trial, and referral funnels to drive activation and retention.
* Collaborate with product and ops to refine onboarding experiences.
* Analytics & Iteration
* Track core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates).
* Launch experiments weekly — scale what works, kill what doesn’t.
What You Bring
* 1–5 years in growth, performance marketing, or SaaS marketing.
* Proven experience running paid campaigns, cold outreach, and automation workflows.
* A growth portfolio or track record of driving measurable results.
* Mastery of tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Lemlist (or equivalents).
* Data-driven mindset — but comfortable making fast, creative decisions.
* Bonus: experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality tech.
