NHS Fife is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our forward‑thinking, high‑performing organisation as the Director of Pharmacy and Medicines. Responsibilities
* Lead, direct, and manage the Pharmacy and Medicines Directorate to drive the highest standards for pharmacy services locally, regionally, and nationally.
* Lead an extensive programme of service change to ensure effective and efficient delivery of all pharmaceutical care and prescribing support services.
* Provide leadership to ensure safe, effective, and cost‑effective use of medicines in NHS Fife.
* Drive transformation and improvement initiatives within the Pharmacy and Medicines Directorate.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory and governance frameworks.
* Act as the Controlled Drugs Accountable Officer for the safe management and use of controlled drugs.
